As anyone who has driven down 22nd Place recently can see, the project is well underway!
We are pleased to share three noteworthy developments.
1. Ten Commandments
As mentioned in our recent email, the iconic Ten Commandments have been successfully removed from the existing building and relocated to a secure location on the property.
It is difficult to overstate how challenging this move was. We thought you might enjoy this short video prepared by our architects at Finegold/Alexander which documents the process:

2. Fundraising
We have raised just under $13 million for the project, a remarkable amount for a congregation and a community our size. It is a powerful affirmation of the deep commitment to, and care for, our Temple.
We are still approximately $1.5 million short of our goal, and we are optimistic about closing that gap..
