Tisha B’Av is a day of mourning that marks the overlap of multiple tragedies for the Jewish people over the course of millennia. We will gather to share poems, music, and stories of loss and lament. Rabbi Appel is sharing a number of these, and there is space for your contributions as well, so bring poems or brief stories that you would like to share. Please sign up through the Temple Israel website events page by Tuesday, July 21. We will be in the Activity Space at the Temple Offices.
