OCTOBER/NOVEMBER 2025 UPDATE

The NextDor project reached a critical milestone – A General Contractor for the construction of our new building has been chosen!

We are pleased to be working with Crossland Construction, one of the most active and respected construction firms working in Tulsa. Crossland’s Tulsa Division is the number one healthcare builder in the city and has a dedicated team whose recent projects include the Gathering Place, the Bob Dylan Center, and the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma, among others.

To recap the process, we began by contacting a carefully chosen group of seven regional firms that were well-qualified to deliver exceptional results for our project. Our architects from Finegold Alexander worked with all the firms to answer their detailed questions to ensure that the Congregation receives the most competitive bid for our project.  This culminated with an extensive evaluation and interview process with our team, the architects and our “Owner’s Representative” from the Stonebridge Group which ultimately led to the selection of our contractor, Crossland Construction. A large team from Crossland participated in the interview—an encouraging indication of their strong interest and commitment to the project.  We are confident that Crossland is the right match for us, and we are excited to begin construction.

Our goal is to complete the project within 65 weeks now that we have executed the contract amongst all parties.
