This Week at Temple Israel - May 13 - May 19

Monday, May 13, 6:30 PM - Yom HaZikaron
The first of the “yoms” celebrated in Israel. This event is the Day of Remembrance for all those who gave their lives for Israel. Meet outside of the Federation at the flagpoles. Visit the Federation’s webpage for all of this week’s events.

Thursday, May 16, 2:00 PM - Finding God in the Age of Reason
Join others in our community in this fascinating discussion about God and God’s role in our time with Rabbi Weinstein. The class is online so be sure to grab the link from our iTInerary.

Friday, May 17, 6:15 PM - Israeli Nosh followed by ARZA Shabbat Services
Two Israelis will join us for our 7:30 PM Shabbat Services to offer words about the ongoing crisis in Israel. We will have a nosh cooked by Itzik Levin before hand. Watch for details on this event in your iTInerary.

Friday, May 17, 6:30 PM - Zarrow Pointe Shabbat Service
Cantor Weinstein will be on the Zarrow campus for a lively Shabbat evening service with our community.

Saturday, May 18, 10:30 AM - Music and Meditation
Join Cantor Weinstein in the library for a breath of renewal in movement, meditation, and music together. No experience is necessary.
