Tyrance Billingsley II, the guest speaker at the TI Breakfast by Brotherhood on Sunday, December 21st, is a Tulsa-born entrepreneur, technologist, and ecosystem builder. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Black Tech Street, an organization dedicated to rebirthing historic Black Wall Street as the nation’s premier Black innovation economy anchored in cybersecurity, data analytics, and responsible artificial intelligence (AI). Tyrance's program will focus on the basic aspects of AI, including its role in our everyday lives. Breakfast will be served at 9:30 a.m., with the program set to start at 10 a.m. Cost for breakfast is $12. There is no cost for the program. Under Tyrance's leadership, Black Tech Street brokered a landmark alliance with Microsoft to establish 21st-century Greenwood, helped secure a federal Tech Hubs designation, and won EDA funding that includes an eight-figure award directly allocated to Black Tech Street’s work. The organization also partnered with NVIDIA to build Tulsa’s AI education and innovation infrastructure. Tyrance has delivered a TEDx Talk, been featured in Forbes, CNN Business, Blavity, and Black Enterprise, and emerged as a national voice on AI—testifying before the U.S. Senate HELP Committee, attending the AI Executive Order signing at the White House, addressing a Congressional caucus on AI and civil rights, and hosting White House National Cyber Director Harry Coker Jr. in historic Greenwood.
